Location: Lake Park, MN

Pay - $18-$24 per hour

If you thrive in a high-energy kitchen and take pride in cooking great food, we want you on our team at The Roadhouse. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Grill Cook who can deliver quality dishes while keeping up with the pace of a busy service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and grill meats, seafood, and vegetables to recipe standards
  • Ensure food is cooked properly, plated well, and served on time
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked
  • Support the team with prep and kitchen tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Team-oriented with solid communication skills
